Technical Support - Engineering and Project Management




The construction group Haňovice provides all work connected with the processing of drawing documentation of individual parts. We will process complete documentation for devices where this is completely missing. We will prepare complete workshop drawings to ensure production.

We offer project management jobs

We deal with the purchase of metallurgical material, subcontracts and all parts that need to be replaced. The workshop in Haňovice offers all services related to the supply and assembly of new equipment for fabric preparation lines. We manufacture and supply pulpers, separators, refiners and deflakers, pumps, dewatering machines, cleaners, etc. We mainly focus on equipment intended for pulping of waste paper, sorting of heavy impurities, drainage of waste (Krofta), separation of light impurities, pumping of paper pulp. We carry out pump overhauls, vacuum cleaners. We deliver the machines complete with electric motors and all equipment for measuring and regulating media in the paper line.

We will perform complete engineering for a specific project, including the provision of new supplies

BASIC ENGINEERING

  • description of the technology, including the technological diagram of the production process
  • balance of energy and water consumption
  • location of equipment and pipelines in the building
  • list of equipment, pumps and electric motors

DETAILED ENGINEERING

  • creation of a schedule for the implementation of the project
  • complete list of equipment, providing of complete project documentation
  • list and drawings of all pipelines 
  • pipe isometrics
  • drawing documentation
  • other documents for equipment suppliers
  • coordination of works with suppliers of construction works and construction projects
  • cost controlling

We will process

  • P&ID technological flowsheets, 3D models, layout drawings
  • foundation plans, designs of steel structures and platforms, designs of tanks or their modifications, pipeline drawings, lists of materials, lists of machines and equipment, lists of pumps, fittings, etc.
  • complete design processing of the project - processing of drawing documentation, basic plans, 3D models of machinery, processing of production and operational documentation
  • coordination of work with subcontractors of machine supplies, control systems, coordination of work with subcontractors within the framework of electrical supplies and with suppliers of construction and assembly work
