Rolls & Cylinders




One of the core devices of a paper machine that is subject to frequent maintenance and replacement are the rolls. As part of the deliveries, we provide replacement of pins, or spraying of pins, hardening, grinding of rolls, including new coatings, replacement of bearing housings, replacement of old bearings with new ones.

Rolls overhauls - new covers, coatings, new bearings

We offer service and production of all commonly available types of rolls:
  • guiding rolls of wire/felt, press guiding rolls, gyiding rolls for drying part of PM (ground steel, with rubber coating, with chrome coating, with thermal spraying)
  • segment rolls of the rewinder
  • breast rolls
  • drive rolls of the wire/felt part with rubber coating
  • press rolls with coating
  • drying cylinders
  • support rolls of the rewinder, including heat spraying of the surface
  • winder support rolls, cast from gray cast iron or welded
  • tambors including cover (polyurethane, rubber)

  • Yankee cylinders with a diameter of up to 5,000 mm
