Overhauls & Repairs

As part of the production program, we offer complete service and repairs for all supplied equipment. The service is provided comprehensively, in the case of replacement of used parts, from disassembly of the device from the machine, its repair to reassembly.

In the case of refurbishing second-hand equipment, a comprehensive inspection of the individual parts of the machine is carried out after the import of a specific machine to Haňovice. The construction group will prepare a schedule of planned overhaul work and production of new parts. We will ensure production directly in Haňovice. A group of fitters ensures the performance of the control assembly, after the inspection by the customers, the transport to the destination is organized.

We ensure the processing of complete drawing documentation for parts where this documentation is missing. We ask for the missing parts from the original supplier, or we design our own solution. We will ensure all communication connected with securing the necessary purchased components such as engines, gearboxes, measurement and regulation elements.

Repairs and servicing of equipment are provided by the assembly group Celpap. We service Celpap equipment as well as competitors. We check the condition of individual parts, we will replace them with new ones. We recommend spare parts for multi-year operation of the machine. Service and repairs are offered not only for Celpap equipment, we provide repairs and maintenance of competitive equipment from Andritz, Voith, etc.
