Disassembly & Assembly - complete work associated with the relocation of a machine or line

The company's offer in the field of selling "second-hand" equipment includes both individual machines and complete lines, delivered as investment units. Thanks to our own production, we provide reconstruction, repairs and completion of supplied "second-hand" equipment according to the customer's request to increase capacity or improve production quality. Dismantling work on site is managed in cooperation with the customer, dismantled units are carefully marked for subsequent assembly at the customer's place. Dismantling work is provided as a comprehensive service, including the complete clearing of the existing premises, or removal of unused equipment and parts for scrapping.

We have experience handling pieces weighing up to 50 tons. We provide all work related to the handling of parts using gantry cranes, outdoor handling over the roof of the building using rockers, we provide dismantling of Yankee cylinders, etc.

The assembly group Celpap provides all work connected with the installation of the equipment at the customer's place. According to a specific request, we will arrange installation at the customer's place according to our own or provided installation documentation.

We provide service assembly work as part of planned machine shutdowns. We will carry out equipment disassembly, cleaning, repairs, replacement of used parts, etc. Assembly work is provided for domestic customers, as part of the implementation of foreign projects, we are able to offer assembly services abroad.
