  • Diffusor-type Headbox Sulzer Escher Wyss, made 1987, lip width 2533 mm, flow 21 000 l/min, automatic lip control via DCS, 19 zones, gearboxes with spindle nuts
  • Cantilever wire part: wire length 34150 x 2690 mm, breast roll dia 504mm, suction couch roll dia 820 mm, top former Escher Wyss
  • Press section Ahlstrom with 3 presses, year 1991. Central press with ceramic cover, 2nd press grooved. Line pressure 60/90/120 kN/m
  • Dryer section Ahlstrom with 47 drying cylinders dia 1500 mm in 6 drying groups. Operating pressure 3 bar. 1st drying group Ahlström with enclosed gears, made 1973. 2nd – 6th drying group Voith (1957), modernised with Silent Drive. Condensate removal with rotating syphons. Enclosed drying hood Wiessner (1996)

  • Size Press Ahlström symsizer (1978), roll width 2598mm x 800 mm dia. Operating speed 600 m/min, bath type size press. Including starch preparation plant (specific for decor paper process).
  • Andritz Küsters soft calender built in 1996, max. 400 kN/m line force. Roll parameters:
    · 3x Multi-HV rolls (+1 jacket, dia 550 x 2600 mm, rolls with 16 zones)
    · 3x thermal rolls (dia 915 x 2600 mm with ceramic cover), heated with thermal oil max 140 C
  • Pope reel Bellmer 1999, with carrying drum dia 1100mm x 2550 mm. 10x rubber covered tambours incl tambour transport vehicle.
