Refiners D2 Overhauls 

Celpap offers complete overhauls of D2 refiners and deflakers. As part of the production program, we offer the supply of new refiners, D series. Repairs mainly consists in carrying out repairs of stator and rotor plates, replacement of refining sets, replacement of seals, packings, repair of shafts and bearings. We supply new systems for measuring and monitoring the oil level, monitoring the marginal position of the refinint elements. We carry out complete repairs of the electrical part, replacement of M&C elements, delivery of new transmissions, overhaul of the servo drive.
