Vibrating Screens

Vibrating screens VS are intended for sorting in pulp, wood and waste paper lines, where it mainly serves as the final stage of sorting the reject from the sorting
lines. The advantage of these screens is the open design, where the sorted material can be seen and the danger of clogging as with closed systems is also eliminated. The sorting screen is equipped with circular holes of different sizes according to the technological requirements for sorting. The advantages of the machine include the open design of the sorter (visual inspection of sorting), easy maintenance and service, safe operation.

Vibrating screens can be directly anchored to the concrete floor or screwed to an iron frame. The vibrating screen itself consists of a tub that is built on anchor plates with springs that absorb shocks to the floor. A screen wire with a vibrator is placed on four springs attached to the tub. A spray pipe is attached to the bathtub. The substance flows onto the screen of the filter and with the help of an oscillating movement, the good substance falls under the sieve into the tub, and the part of the substance that does not pass through the sieve is carried out into the waste chute. The reject from the screen is washed onto the wire using a spraying tube.
