Pressure Screens

They are intended for the sorting lines of paper mills. The characteristics of the machine are high performance and good sorting efficiency, minimal loss of fibers in rejects, low requirements for installation, operation and service. In the lines processing waste paper, it works as a primary stage of coarse sorting with drilled screens holes, in the final fine sorting stage it removes the finest granules, plastic films and sticky impurities from the fabric on a slotted screens. It is also used to divide the substance according to the length of the fibers - fractionation. In pulp mills, it is used for final fine sorting of bleached and unbleached pulp. Captures small particles, bark and non-fibrous impurities.

CPS sorters have a compact, closed construction with a vertically placed cylindrical screen from the inside by a wiped rotating rotor. Inlet and discharge nozzles
of light and heavy impurities are connected tangentially. The machines are characterized by a high resistance to clogging of the nets, their operation is reliable, the service of individual parts is undemanding and easy.
