Scope of supply:

  • Approach flow
    Reconstruction was made in 1988, which is expressed as follows:
    3 stage cleaners VOITH. 1st stage cleaners are damaged.
    Fan pump with frequency converter AHLSTROM ZRR-40 , Q=417 l/s
    Pressure screen VOITH, installed in 1988, Gr. 20, 1.2 mm holes
    Vibrating screen.
  • Headbox Made by Voith in 1988, High Turbulence head box, slice width 4450 mm, Type WK-5500, Design flow range 12.500 to 24.500 lpm . 
  • Wire section – dewatering elements are not available Breast roll dia. 715 mm, made from stainless steel
    Wire dimensions – 4700 x 29 500 mm
    Length of wire base – 12000 mm, Coach roll suction with two section dia. 1000 mm with bronze shell and holes dia 6 mm, Forward drive roll dia. 800, made from stainless steel

    Made by Waerag, Austria, steam heated hood.
    NB: There is supplied a new heat exchanger available, in original packing not yet installed. Max temperature: 185 degrees C of hot air.
  • QCS made by Lippke, equipped with radioactive element
  • Pope reel, max reel dia. of paper spool Ø 2500 mm
    Made in 2012 by a Italian supplier Tecnopaper, design 1500 m/min
    With spool magazine, auto spool change.
  • Vacuum system
    The vacuum is provided by 4 vacuum pumps, capacity, 150 m3/min.
  • Drive - sectionial DC drive, AC drive for the Pope reel section installed in 2012.

    Installed showers with high pressure for wash of the felt and the wire.
    Changed rubber cover of the hot press rolls – from smooth to such with blind holes
    New fans, air pipes and heat exchangers of the air system to the hoods
    Reconstruction of the electrical control of the drive
    Reconstruction of the condensate system of Yankee cylinder

    There is a new heat exchanger in air system for the dry hood from Sirocco Austria, which has not been installed yet.
    Inspection has been carried out in August 2017 from VOITH as original manufacturer of drying cylinder for measurement of the diameter, calculation for shell thickness and conformation for maximum allowed working pressure for the cylinder., machine not used since.
