  • Approach flow
    Reconstruction was made in 1988, which is expressed as follows:
    3 stage cleaners VOITH. 1st stage cleaners are damaged.
    Fan pump with frequency converter AHLSTROM ZRR-40 , Q=417 l/s
    Pressure screen VOITH, installed in 1988, Gr. 20, 1.2 mm holes
    Vibrating screen.
  • Headbox Made by Voith in 1988, High Turbulence head box, slice width 4450 mm, Type WK-5500, Design flow range 12.500 to 24.500 lpm . 
  • Wire section – dewatering elements are not available Breast roll dia. 715 mm, made from stainless steel

    Changed rubber cover of the hot press rolls – from smooth to such with blind holes
    New fans, air pipes and heat exchangers of the air system to the hoods
    Reconstruction of the electrical control of the drive
    Reconstruction of the condensate system of Yankee cylinder

    There is a new heat exchanger in air system for the dry hood from Sirocco Austria, which has not been installed yet.
    Inspection has been carried out in August 2017 from VOITH as original manufacturer of drying cylinder for measurement of the diameter, calculation for shell thickness and conformation for maximum allowed working pressure for the cylinder., machine not used since.
