SH tissue machine produces crepe tissue paper from pulp and waste paper.
Machine was completely reconstructed in the 1990 by Nelba (European engineering company). Available large number of spare parts (guide rolls, wires, felts, reel spools etc.).

Scope of supply:

  • Approach flow: consists of fan pump, two CN10 screens and a three-stage LD cleaners station.
  • Headbox with basis weight lower than 28 g/m2 works as pressurized. For other basis weights  as open. Equipped with one defloculating roll. 
  • Wire part: drive 55 kW / 1450 rpm, wire table, foils, 3 suction boxes with low vacuum and two fans, wire conditioning system up to 2400 kPa
  • Press part: felt dimension: 17x2,5 m, felt conditioning system up to 2400 kPa, 4 pcs of one foil felt washer without vacuum circuit (can be offered separately)
  • Press roll with blind drilling: width 2500 mm - diameter 600 mm - drive 37 kW / 1400 rpm.
  • Yankee cylinder: new (never installed), made by PMP Poland (now Valmet), year of production 2019, width 2550 mm, diameter 2500 mm. Test pressure – 5,5 bar. Drive: 75 kW / 1400 rpm. - creping doctor with oscillations.   
  • Steam fired hood and heat recovery system, parameters identical of Yankees cylinder parameters - motors for heat recovery system fans: blowing: 160 kW / 1400 rpm, exhaust fan: 13 kW / 970 rpm.
  • Afterdrying Cylinder: width 2500 mm, diameter 1500 mm, drive - 22 kW / 1400 rpm. - together with a guide rolls and a drying wire with dimension 11.5 x 2.5 m
  • Pope reel: width 2500 m, diameter 1500 mm - drive 15 kW / 1400 rpm.
