We will perform complete engineering for a specific project, including the provision of new supplies



BASIC ENGINEERING

  • description of the technology, including the technological flowsheet of the production process
  • balance of energy and water consumption
  • location of equipment and pipelines in the building
  • list of equipment, pumps and electric motors



DETAILED ENGINEERING

  • creation of a schedule for the implementation of the project
  • complete list of equipment, provision of complete project documentation
  • list and drawings of all pipe branches and pipes
  • pipe isometrics
  • drawing documentation
  • other documents for equipment suppliers
  • coordination of work with suppliers of construction works and construction projects
  • cost controlling



We will process

  • P&ID technological diagrams, 3D models, layout drawings
  • foundation plans, designs of steel structures and platforms, designs of tanks or their modifications, pipeline drawings, material lists, lists of machines and equipment, lists of pumps, fittings, etc.
  • complete design processing of the order - processing of drawing documentation, basic plans, 3D models of machinery, processing of production and operational documentation
  • coordination of work with subcontractors of machine supplies, control systems, coordination of work with subcontractors within the framework of electrical supplies and with suppliers of construction and assembly work

We cover the entire dismantling process up to the "complete cleaning" of the original halls. Our dismantling group works with valid safety certificates for work abroad and the necessary insurance coverage. Emphasis is placed primarily on compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

As part of the organization of transport of dismantled equipment, we carry out

  • labeling of individual parts of the machine into groups
  • packaging of goods, processing of packing lists
  • concluding a transport contract with a transport company, complete transport management, ordering trucks, issuing invoices, securing export documents and customs services
  • in the case of subsequent reconstruction, we will carry out a rigorous revision of the individual parts of the machine with the definition of the requirements for the subsequent overhaul of the individual parts
  • we will process a complete price offer for overhaul work, or offers to complete the machine in case of its subsequent reconstruction, we manage the offer and contract process
