The company's offer in the field of selling "second-hand" equipment includes both individual machines and complete lines, delivered as investment units. Thanks to our own production, we provide reconstruction, repairs and completion of supplied "second-hand" equipment according to the customer's request to increase capacity or improve production quality. As part of the overhaul work, we disassemble the device, inspect the used parts, offer overhaul, manufacture and reconstruct the used parts, and deliver the device to its destination "like new".
The purchase of older machines requires higher requirements for engineering work and the organization of work associated with disassembly, installation and commissioning. However, it guarantees end customers an improvement in the quality of paper mill operations at significantly lower investment costs and a faster return on invested capital.

We offer complete services related to the modernization or addition of purchased second-hand equipment
- finding a suitable "second-hand" line or machinery according to the customer's demand
- searching for an entire machine or line or an individual device
- technical assistance and advice, processing of an audit of the entire line with a recommendation for replacement of used parts, or modernization of specific nodes with the aim of increasing production or the quality of the produced paper
- purchase of s/h equipment - ensuring the process of preparation and signing of the purchase contract
- control of the disassembly process
- providing transport and packaging, including customs services
- ensuring overhaul, ensuring supplies of new machinery
- installation of equipment
In case of need for completion or reconstruction of the machine thanks to our own production, we offer and deliver
- new machines for the approach part of the machine and the line of the stock preparation or we will replace used equipment in the part of the stock preparation line and APF part of the machine with new machines
- we will carry out overhaul work on rolls up to a diameter of 2,000 mm and a length of 4,000 mm - new coatings, grinding, chroming, balancing, surface coatings, etc.
- in the case of renovations, we will provide work related to project management

As part of the requirement to find a suitable "second-hand" device, we are able to offer and provide it

- complete paper machines for the production of fluting / liner / testliner, boards and coated boards, writing and printing papers, wallpaper papers, decorative papers, MG papers, etc.
Before starting disassembly, we will ensure
- rigorous technical revision of the machine; as part of technological consultancy, we will prepare an inventory of equipment that will need to be refurbished or replaced
- processing of complete construction and drawing documentation of the machine both for cases of relocation without modifications and for subsequent reconstructions
- execution of complete photo documentation of the machine and execution of detailed marking of machinery for problem-free loading and registration of dismantled parts
- revision and classification of drawing documentation of "second-hand" machines
- processing of a machine project
