We offer new machines for stock preparation lines, supply "piece equipment" for paper machines, we refurbish "second-hand" equipment and parts according to individual customer demand

We offer piece machines for stock preparation lines with a maximum output of up to 400 t/day. We supply new machinery for the processing lines of the stock preparation lines for waste paper. As part of the supply of piece machines for paper machines, we mainly focus on the range of packaging papers, production of testliner, fluting. New machines are supplied complete with drawing documentation. Our workshop in Hanovice provides complete services related to material ordering, production assurance, coordination of subcontractor work, inspection assembly, packaging and shipping.

CELPAP supplies to relocated and modernized second-hand units according customer needs

  • supply of piece components or reconstruction of specific nodes of the paper machine
  • new equipment for APF and stock preparation lines:
  • pulpers, completely equipped with vat cleaning systems and removal of non-pulped impurities
  • cleaners, pressure screens, continuous sorters and separators, screens for sandblasting, vibrating screens for sorting coarse impurities from paper stock
  • knotters, refiners, deflakers
  • dewatering machines, thickeners
  • tanks with agitators, without agitators
  • pumps, dewatering presses, vacuum pumps

Refurbishment and repairs

  • As part of the production program, we offer complete service and repairs for all supplied equipment.
  • In the case of refurbishing second-hand equipment, a comprehensive inspection of the individual parts of the machine is carried out after the import of a specific machine to Haňovice. The construction group will prepare a schedule of planned overhaul work and production of new parts.
  • We will ensure production directly in Haňovice. A group of fitters ensures the performance of the control assembly, after the inspection by the customers, the transport to the destination is organized.
  • We ensure the processing of complete drawing documentation for parts where this documentation is missing. We ask for the missing parts from the original supplier, or we design our own solution. We will ensure all communication connected with securing the necessary purchased components such as engines, gearboxes, measurement and regulation elements.
  • Repairs and servicing of equipment are provided by the assembly group Celpap. We service Celpap equipment as well as competitors. We check the condition of individual parts, we will replace them with new ones. We recommend spare parts for multi-year operation of the machine. Service and repairs are offered not only for Celpap equipment, we provide repairs and maintenance of competitive equipment from Andritz, Voith, etc.
